SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

Every piece is uniquely designed and made by hand in New York City. Please allow up to 3 weeks for all items to get shipped. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and liable once the product has been dispatched from our studio. We do everything we can to try to avoid customs for international orders, however all customers outside of the United States are responsible for potential customs fees. 

Once your item is shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order.

All sales are final. Items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an issue with your order or item, please email us at solairelabel@gmail.com.
